Brisbane Club Lecture with Bob Carter | Global Warming: Cool Science or Hot Air?

23rd October, 2008
05:30pm - 7:00pm
Location: The Brisbane Club, The Edinburgh Room, 241 Adelaide Street, Brisbane

Everything that we know from the study of past climate change indicates a real climate problem exists, which is the risk of natural climate change, both warmings and the much more dangerous coolings.  To suggest that through an Emissions Trading Scheme we can affect natural climate cycles is hubris.

After the talk, attendees are invited to come at their own expense to an informal dinner with Professor Bob Carter at the nearby restaurant Zenbar at 7:00pm. If you would like to attend the dinner please contact Duncan MacFarlane on 07 3229 0943 or at duncan@crookpublicity.com.
