Carolyn Popp is a research fellow with the IPA.

Carolyn is a PHD candidate at the University of Queensland. Carolyn also has been awarded a Juris Doctorate degree in law from the University of Queensland and also has an undergraduate degree in law with a concentration in business law from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.
