Ms Louise Staley is Director Food and Environment Unit at the Institute of Public Affairs where she specialises in food policy issues and agricultural regulation. She was a portfolio manager at AXA Australia, and head of the global telecommunications research cluster. She worked as an equities analyst specialising in telecommunications, food & beverage and retail stocks. She has a Masters in Public Policy and is completing her PhD at the University of Melbourne on the impact of regulation on rural communities and farms.
